JIRA CI/CD Integration (Gitlab)

Hello Atlassian Support Team,

We are experiencing issues with our Gitlab integration in Jira and need your assistance, The specific problems we are encountering are: 

1. Development Feature: For certain projects, when branches are created from Jira, the corresponding commits, branches and pull requests are not appearing in the development feature

2. Deployment Feature: In the deployment feature on Jira, the process stops after the first two steps.

We have the app installed just as it should be in the videos posted by atlassian ( Jira Gitlab Integration)

These issues are affecting our workflow, and we have been unable to identify the root cause. Could you please help us diagnose and resolve these issues.

Hello, Good day. To confirm, when you create a new commit in Gitlab on specific Gitlab project then this is not shown on Jira issue ?

On Gitlab project settings you can check the integration.
