JIRA Board - Group By missing for users to show Subtasks

I am the administrator on my JIRA project and only I have the option to see "Group By" on the right side of the Board for an active sprint.  How do I enable this for the rest of my team?  This grouping allows the team to show their Subtasks on the board.

Hi @Eric Letsche ,

Note that only the project admin can access this setting.

  • Navigate to the board in your next-gen project.
  • In the Group by dropdown, select Subtasks. The headers for each swimlane will be your regular issues, and the cards underneath each header represent your project's subtasks. You can then move those subtasks between columns like you would any other issue.
