I am getting the following error when I try to view the Plugin Audit Log. I also get errors when I try to install
any plugin. There seems to be an attempt by a previous admin to install a plug-in located on their desktop.
How can I purge the audit log?

My guess your admin tried to install an incorrect version or file for your timesheet plugin. I would try to uninstall the timesheet plugin through its normal way and if that fails. I would manually remove (of course saving those files in case you need to put them back) the plugin files, restart jira and then reinstall your timesheet plugin.
I cannot tell you the exact directories at this time since I am not online to my Jira instance. Otherwise, try contacting support for assistance.
I'm terribly sorry, I completely misread this. Please ignore my previous comment.

This is for the built in Jira Plugins Audit Log, not an add-in. Or are you saying Plugenta provided this to Jira?

You probably want to talk to Sergey's team at Plugenta about this!
