JIRA ios App v 46.0.0.272 (ipad - normally sim but tested with wifi) for JIRA Software Cloud (scrum board)
As the issue status is updated by other users, what are the actions or events that will cause the ios app board to update? i.e as others change a board, new issues or issues changing status, how can an ios app user be sure they are seeing the current status?
The app has Background App Refresh on.
The quickest mechanism I have determined to date, is to select "Issues" from the bottom banner, and then reselect "Projects". The board then updates after up to 3 seconds.
Has anyone got a keystroke/screen action or other mechanism?
