JIRA 7.2: Drop down menu not working

Hi,

I am using JIRA 7.2. I am unable to see any dropdown in JIRA 7.2 when using IE 11. I am able to see dropdown on Chrome. I have tried logging off and logging in again, but it doesn't work. I have highlighted the section in red box.

Is there any compatibility setting that I need to look into? Any help is appreciated.

The only time I have seen this specific problem is in regards to a plugin in JIRA that can cause this specific behavior.   I understand that you have already tried another browser like Chrome and this does not happen there.  But it might be worth trying to temporarily disable some of the user plugins in JIRA to see if this problem persists.   Disabling and enabling add-ons has steps on how you can disable such plugins.  If this is a plugin, then I would expect with all the user plugins disabled that this would work again.  If that happens, then it's a matter of disabling these plugins one at a time in order to figure out which one is responsible.  I tend to start with the plugins that actually add an entry to the main menu such as "Action Items" or "Action Owner".

Thanks for the clue Andrew ...

I had this problem in Chrome version 64.0.3282.186 (Official Build) (64-bit). Problem was resolved immediately upon disabling the extension Docs 0.10. I have two other extensions that remain enabled.
