I have structured my Project (the organisation of an event) in tasks ans sub-tasks. For some of the tasks I need Items (e.g. sugar, tea, etc.) from different supliers (e.g. shop A, shop B, team-members homes, etc. I would like to enter the items directly at the task but I would like to be able to get a tasklist or confluence pages for the shopping-tour.
I was about to configure an dropdown for the suppliers and a Textfield for the Items to every task. But maybe the community has a better suggestion for me.
