Hi Support Team,
We have asset panda integrated with Jira so we can link the assets to our tickets in Jira, but then when I click on the "Link to the ticket" tab on the Jira in the ticket nothing happens. We tried that with my and my manager's accounts on different computers to confirm it must be a software bug in that case. Can you please help us with that if there is something missing that we must do initially or it might be just a software bug that you guys can fix on your end?
