Issues while migrating from Monday.com to JIRA

We are currently looking to migrate our project from Monday.com to JIRA Software. However, we’ve encountered an issue while attempting to switch back to the old experience in JIRA, which is preventing us from importing data from Monday.com.

Has anyone successfully migrated from Monday.com to JIRA? Are there any alternative ways to import data without relying on the old experience? Any guidance or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

We also tried importing from CSV, but the process is very cumbersome as we lose the updates/comments part and also the sub-tasks.

Did you go through official documentation on how to migrate from Monday.com to Jira explained in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/import-data-directly-from-monday-into-jira/

If your import fails or is partially complete, you can download an error log at the end of the import. Use the troubleshooting guide to fix errors and try importing your project again.

If you are facing issues in CSV export, then go to system settings --> External system import. In this page, you can select "Switch to the old experience". Direct URL for the page will be https://<yourdomain>atlassian.net/jira/settings/system/external-import.

If you are still not able to complete the import, you can contact Atlassian support directly.
