Issues on 'Try out new teams' version on Teams

I'm having trouble viewing my issues, on my laptop and web it works fine, on the main version it works as well, it just doesn't work on my desktop on the preview version of Teams.

I tried signing out and back in, restarting the app, uninstalling Jira Cloud app from teams, nothing worked.

 

Any help ? :)

This issue happens to me as well and seems to be related to "new" Teams. I switched back to Teams Classic and the integration works fine (it also works fine in the web version). This is a problem for me though as my company has chosen "new" Teams as the version we should be using. I was able to get the integration set up using Teams on the web and I at least get notifications now from Jira Cloud, but I can't use any of the other features like "Reply", "Edit" etc.

We just got into Jira Cloud and I was excited to get this integration working, so it is sad that I can't do all the things with it.

Is this on your all's radar to fix? If not I will save myself some time trying to utilize this integration.

Hi @Adrian Radulescu , could you try different browsers if you have not already done so?

It works on browsers, just not in the desktop app on my Desktop pc, on my laptop the app works

I see. To be honest, I haven't used the desktop app in a long time. For whatever reason I felt that was not still a supported option, but I cannot confirm that definitively. has it been working for you recently?

i just added the extension so i was curious what could be the issue :) i works everywhere just not on my desktop for some reason, at first i thought it was my old university account that was linked to this computer for office365 but after removing it didn't solve the issue
