Hi,
I have recently migrated to cloud. In one of our "business" projects. Issues seem to not show up on Board AND in the summary.
There are 156 Issues in the Project, all in StatusCategory "done". SO my first thought was that the retention time of the board is low and that's why they are not shown. (Which might still be the case)
But I also do not get any Issue Count on the Summary Page. The Status Overview show "0" Issues in all states, which is not the case.
Edit: There is a Issue-Count on "Updated" which shows the correct number of Issues. Everything else is empty.
Also: What is the last action a item needs to be in "not" thrown out of a business board? Updated? Or date resolved?
Thanks in advance
Hi @Simon König
The summary usually shows the statistics for last 7 days.
For example, the issues which were moved to 'done' in last 7 days shows up in the 'Issues done' section.
Do you find the issues in the 'list' view?
Hi,
so Board and Summary have a time of only 7 days? I knew that for the Board, but didn't think this would be on the summary too.
The Issues are there and correct. All can be found in Issues/List.

Yes, For summary, the overview is for 7 days.
Unfortunately this doesn't seem to be configurable/adjusted at this time.
You may find the details in https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/get-a-summary-of-your-project/ .

Here’s a helpful comment you can use:
Hi Simon,
It sounds like your project might be experiencing an issue with filters or board configurations after the migration. Here are a few things to check:
Board Filters: Verify if the board filter query is excluding "done" issues. You might need to adjust the JQL to include all statuses or specify a retention period.
Retention Settings: Check the board's settings for "Hide completed issues older than X days" and increase the timeframe if necessary.
Summary Page Issue: If the issue count is incorrect on the summary page, it might be related to data sync post-migration. Try reindexing your project or contact support to ensure all data migrated properly.
Retention Criteria: Typically, issues stay on the board based on their resolved date or last updated date, depending on your board’s settings. Ensure recently resolved issues meet the criteria to remain visible.
Let me know if these help or if you’ve tried them already!
Best regards!
