Hi community members,

I have 29 issues in the Backlog. I moved 5 of them in current Active Sprint. After this movement, I only see 1 issue in my Backlog. Why is it so? What do I need to do to show remaining 25 issues in the backlog.

Thanks!

Hello @Ambrish Bajaj

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

  • Can you check if there were sub-tasks within those 29 issues? Probably those sub-tasks are moved to the sprint when you add the parent task to the sprint from the backlog.
  • Also, please check board configuration for the filter that is being used. As @Ravi Sagar _Sparxsys_ mentioned, issues shouldn't disappear unless the filter behind the board has been updated to exclude certain issues.

Thanks,
Milan

Hi @Ambrish Bajaj

Check your board configurations, especially the filter for the board. Issues shouldn't disappear from the backlog unless the board filter is excluding them.
