Issues missing workflow after a new workflow was applied to the project

I had several projects that was using the default workflow and recently modified them to have our new implemented workflow.

An example issue I have is in Open status but has no workflow now. The default workflow allowed it to go to "In Progress", "Resolved" and "Closed". The new workflow only allows Open to go to "In Progress". Why is the In Progress not showing and how can I fix this?

This has occurred on hundreds of issues as we have updated many projects.

Have a look at the new workflow - have you got the right transitions in place, and do the "conditions" on the transition allow your user to execute it?

That was it, some of the transitions had conditions on them that would only let the assignee take action. I've removed conditions and all have the workflow visible now. Thanks!
