Issues missing after changing the workspace and/or assigning issue security


need a an urgent help. I am missing some amount of issues of two projects. I guess that they are not visible after I have changed the workflow or after assigning issue security for the 2 projects. I am using JIRA onDemand.

Hopefully they are not deleted. But can not find them everywehere :(

Issue security is there to hide issues, so I suspect you've set the security to something that stops you seeing them.

As an admin, look at the issue security scheme for the project. That will tell you who can see what levels. Make sure your account matches every level. Then look for the issues again.

I have reset the issue security and now I am able to see the missed issues again :)
