We have been using the Jira Work Management for more than 3 years. The Jira project that we have created has been working fine for the past 2 years. The issue just happened yesterday where issue created in the project is not displaying in the status board. I could search the issue from the "Issues" function on the left hand side menu.
I have tried to move the issue to other project and it was able to be displayed. It will not display when I moved the issue back to the original project.
I did not make any changes to the workflow or setting of the project. What could be the issue?
HI @Allan Koay Hun Guan and welcome to the community,
Are you on a TMP or a CMP? Have you applied any filter on your board?
Hi Alex,
It is a Company-Managed Project. I am the administrator. This is the first time I have encountered this issue.
I did not apply any filter on my board. It has been working fine for the last 2 years.

@Allan Koay Hun Guan are you as well the board administrator? What is the board filter? If you run this filter on the advance search, can you see that issue?

I am the organization administrator. I have not worked with board before. Yes, I can search and see the issues using search function.

@Allan Koay Hun Guan board administrator, not org administrator :)
You have to see the board filter.
If you run on an advance search the above filter query and you can see your issue there, then we should take a look at the Kanban board sub-filter, and the hidden issues.
Kindly do the above and report back.

@alex I can't find the "Board settings" menu at the ... More. There are only Customize Cards, Expand all columns and Collapse all columns as per the screenshot below.
Do I need to be the board administrator to access the board settings?

@Allan Koay Hun Guan no, my bad. You are on Jira Work Management. They don't have such settings. That issue you are searching for, is it a subtask?

@Alex Koxaras _Relational_ I have issues for both task and subtask. I have tried to change form task to subtask as well as from sub-task to task. The issues are not showing in the board.
Any suggestion?
