Issue with over storage space of JIra Software Cloud

Hello everyone,

I faced with issue about over application stored space(Screen below).

Actually our company use Jira Software Cloud app 

Maybe someone can tell me how i can Archive old tickets for example for last 2 years and will free storage space.

I would like to optimization or archive old tickets without proceed to Premium

Thanks in advance everyone.

Hi @Aleksandr Ganiyev 

Archiving issues is not a function in Cloud. You can archive a project.

But this will not free storage, as you are able to unarchive projects. Even deleting information from issues will not free up storage.

I have encountered this my self when my business was changing the location of our instances.

You will need to reach out to Atlassian Support and see how they are able to assist you in this matter.
