Issue with my new user for my team, limited view tickets

I created a new user for my team in Jira, and can no longer have visibility into tickets created in previous months. How can I add it to all tickets, or in bulk without doing it manually one by one?

Hello, Good day. You are using company managed project or Team managed project ?

 

1. If you are using company managed project. Go to project settings >> Permissions. Check for "Browse project" permission. Add the user to required project role and user group.

Also check if you have "Issue security" configured from project settings. Make sure you add the user to project role/user group configured on issue security. Thanks
