Issue updating problem

I have some troubles with jira.
When I want to do some transitions it is updating very slowly.
For example I pressed "give an answer" and then it looks like faded:

Note: 1.It doesn't matter which transition I pressed. Problem is the same for all transitions.
2.I check also disk space,memory,cpu I think everything is okay.

I suggest  you first of all show us this  logs files  <jira_home>/log/atlassian-jira.log

it will be easier to  diagnose the issue.

This is a Known issue(Bug)

Please see issue reported  to Atlassian and try to apply workaround  and see if your issue is  resolved.

We solved this problem with db admin.
Problem was on database side.
Some tables weren't updated correctly that's why it couldn't get data from db.
