Hi team,
I am facing a challenging situation with the new issue search view, in the list format, because the Labels Column is just showing 1 label and then we have the +1 / +2... +4 in front of it. Having just the view of the 1st appearing in alphabetical order, and that is not useful at all.
We do have the ability to expand the column however, the remaining labels do not unfurl and show up
The only way to see which labels are attributed/missing is via the detailed view clicking one by one.
Is there any chance of fixing or a ticket asking to prioritize this?
Thanks so much!
Yes, there is a new issue search model - see more on this article:
Introducing-the-new-issue-search-to-Jira-Cloud-users-updated
It might be worth adding your feedback to that article.
There's also a feature request to include the ability to see multiple labels in the new search view - check out: JSWCLOUD-26584
For anyone looking for how to switch back (I don't know if this is still possible):
On the search view, select the breadcrumbs (...) in the top-right
From the dropdown, select Go back to the old issue search
Thank you @Marc - Devoteam for your answer. The article link leads to a blank page, but I will follow up on the ticket that you mentioned.
About the "Go back to the old issue search" I already spent my credit limit :)
I am not allowed anymore.
Thank you!

welcome to the community!
I don't know if this problem justifies additional tooling for you, but just to put it out there in case it is useful:
If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a long list of advanced features, including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.
Plus, you can resize any table column to perfectly fit your data, like so:
As every JXL sheet is powered either by a saved filter or a JQL statement, you can easily include any issues that you're interested in.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes
