Issue collector does not close in iframe

Hi,

I can submit an issue via submit Button, but the lightbox/modal does not close after that. As well the "Close" Button does not work.

Here you can see the embedded iframe Version, where it is not working.

My js-console prints a warning: "Your are trying to create a ToggleBlock with selector '.toggle-trigger'.One already exists with this trigger so has been ignored.batch.js:2686"

Any ideas how to fix that?

Hi Sebastian,

I am afriad that you have encountered a known bug for the issue collector, this is mainly due to the plugin have difficulties dealing with framesets. You can refer to the link below for bug report

As you can notice from the bug report, it has been categorized as Won't Fix which means that the developers has decided not to fix this bug. They did also mentioned the reasoning on the comment, where the future developments are towards html5 which does not supports frameset.
