When trying to import getting the error as below, I have not added any value "none" in the file, but still getting the error, please let me know how can I resolve this isssue

There is not enough information here to assist. Please provide the following:

  • list of fields being used in import
  • types for any custom field used in import

i recommend trying to import a single issue and if error occurs please provide image of CSV with headers and values.
