I am trying to setup Jira issue collector for one of our projects. Is there an option to setup two-way communication with the reporter (non jira user) and the assignee? What I have in my mind is : for example if I make any comment on the corresponding jira ticket, the reporter who is a non-jira user should receive this update via email.
Welcome to the Atlassian community,Collectors are available in each project there you can set the reporter and at the last you can see Name and Email address

Hi @Pasam Venkateshwarrao , thanks for the input. This is something I already know. What I need is to communicate with the reporter from jira. If the reporter is a non jira user, will he receive my response to his mailbox? If so, would it be possible for the reporter to revert back to me from the same email thread and I should be able to see his reply in Jira.
