I need some way to share a View of Advanced Roadmap to external stakeholders that do not have a user registered on Jira.
Is there anyway to do this?
Hi @Ricardo Pierini and welcome to the community!
Unfortunately, you need the license to access the roadmap directly. However, there are a few alternative options:
Thank you Mark,
I will evaluate these options

Hi Mark,
Do you know if it is possible to embed an Advanced Roadmaps for Jira macro from site A into a Confluence page on site B. We have application links between the two set up.
We have many sites in our Enterprise Org and keep one of them free of any 3rd party apps so that all our users across our sites can access content without incurring extra licensing charges. We would like to embed Jira Roadmaps from our other sites within the Confluence on the no Marketplace apps site.
Thanks for your eyes,
Jay

Hi, @Mark Segall and @Jay Cameron ,
I am facing similar challenge in my project.
Unfortunately, option to add Roadmap to COfnluence is not enough as users without Jira licence can't see it.
Do you know any chance to enable them view via Confluence?
Thanks, Martyna
