Have not been able to find a way to archive old projects in Jira Cloud except manually one by one 🫣. Are there any plugins that can help with this? I'd like to archive projects not updated within the last 6 months, for example. Thanks!
You could do it via the REST API, there is an end point for archiving projects. Another option would be to use Scriptrunner, the Adaptavist Library has a script to archive projects (it's for Data Center, but I bet it can be converted to Cloud).
I'd second what @Mikael Sandberg said. It doesn't appear there is anything out of the box or any plugins specifically designed for this purpose. Obviously it may be easier to just manually archive depending on the total number of projects needing to be archived.
