Is there any alternative for RCA plugin

RCA is going to be retired in our env. So any suggestion for alternative plugin for noting root cause information?

I think you mean the Root Cause Analysis plugin by RCA, don't you?

If yes, please take it with a pinch of salt but I'd suggest ProForma by ThinkTilt: It allows you to create custom forms and templates within Jira, which can be used to capture detailed root cause analysis information. It provides a flexible and customizable solution for documenting root causes.
