Is there a way to welcome/recognize a visitor to our client-facing JSM portal?

Hello,

I was hoping to find a way to display a personalized 'Welcome back John Doe' message on our client-facing portal after the user logs in / established their credentials.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!

Hi @Mark Stein !  Great suggestion!  (Somebody beat you to it!)  There is a JIRA issue entered for this suggestion.  If you'd like to, you can vote for it, comment on it, as well as watch it's progress.

It appears the Server version of the same issue has been closed due to lack of interest.

Sounds like an incentive to upgrade! :)
