Is there a way such as via an add on etc to send email notifications to external users who do not have access to Jira when a ticket is completed, such as Email Task add on etc? I am not sure what works with Jira Software as I have only ever worked with Jira Service Desk previously.
We support this type of notification using events and JQL filters in Notification Assistant for Jira
