Is there a way to prevent ctrl+enter in a 'Paragraph' field cancelling create page?

Because it's massively irritating when you've just filled in all the details for a ticket, the last field is a custom field based on 'Paragraph' and you press ctrl+enter expecting it to submit the ticket.

Instead it throws the details away without warning, closes the 'create' box and doesn't create the ticket.

This is common across Firefox, Chrome and Edge and happens if you have keyboard shortcuts enabled or disabled.

Doesn't happen if you press ctrl+enter in a single-line text entry field, nor in the multi-line description field (the one with the button bar). Doesn't happen if this is editing a field in an existing ticket, only during creating a new ticket.

I'm thinking it's probably a bug.

It's certainly extremely annoying.

So, can I change 'ctrl+enter' to be 'submit' instead of 'self-destruct' ?
