My team has started using flags to identify issues that need attention from someone in the group.
It's a wonderful feature that's made responses faster; however, they stay flagged when the issue is closed causing some confusion. Does anyone know if there's a way to have tickets automatically unflagged when they're moved to Closed status?
You should be able to add a Post-Function to all 'Transitions' that lead to 'Closed', which sets the 'Flagged' field to null.
