Is there a way to have a role in the JIRA ServiceDesk to comment internally only

Hello,

We have a use case where part of the business is not in our office and work on tickets surfaced from the service desk. But when we assign the ticket to this person outside of the office, we would like them to update the tickets internally only.

 

Is this viable?

I do not think there is such a role.
