Hi All,
I'd like to change the retrospective template that is presented when closing a sprint to match my organization's template. Does anyone know if this feature exists yet?
I found this in the community from last year:
hey @Andrea Ho , can we edit the retrospective template that's being auto-generated when we decide to create a retro when we close a Jira sprint? Like a newly updated template because we don't want to edit over and over again the template after every sprint. Thanks!
Thanks for your question, not at the moment, but I've just added it to our feature requests for improving this workflow and will let you know if we have updates on it. I'm interested to know what kind of updates you want to make to it if you're willing to share - perhaps we can improve the template for you? Feel free to email me at aho4@atlassian.com with any details of your ideal template.
If not, does anyone have the ticket number that I could use to vote on this feature?
Thanks much!
Alyssa
Hi @alyssa_reid
Welcome to community!
You can find the template in yoururl.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/templates-and-blueprints and edit it already.
Not sure whether i am missing something from your question
@Fazila Ashraf Thank you, I am familiar with creating a custom template...I want to do that and then replace the auto-generated retrospective template when you close a sprint. It's the latter part that I am wondering if that feature has been implemented and if not, is there a ticket that I can vote on.

@alyssa_reid , Yes the same. The template used during the automated prompt of jira complete sprint action is available in the confluence site's templates-and-blueprints section.
Just to be sure, i edited it in my test site and the changes reflected for the one that gets newly generated from the jira complete sprint action.
