Hi, I am using a quick filter on our Backlog and I need to see the issue status in the results. I could not find any way of showing this.. If I want to see the status I would need to click on each issue and see it in its details.. which misses my goal
Unlike other filters, where you can control the fields you see on the screen, the Backlog doesn't provide that, and I need the Backlog as it is taking into consideration the built in ranking for the order displayed.
Anyone encountered this too and have a solution maybe?
Hi @Sharon Noy welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I guess you aren't using the enhanced backlog yet, that view shows the status of an issue in the backlog.
You could add the status of an issue as an additional field.
You can configure cards on a board to display up to three additional fields. The fields can be different for the Backlog and Active sprints, if you are using a Scrum board.
To add fields to cards:
If not already there, navigate to your company-managed project.
Select Active sprints (if you use a Scrum board) or Kanban board (if you use a Kanban board).
Select More () > Board settings.
Select Card layout.
Add or delete fields as desired.
Thank you! no I guess we are not using the enhanced view - how do I get that ?
Yes, I already did that for the scrum board, but I wanted the teams to be able to see their scope in one list, ordered by our internal logic of ranking

Thank you. This is probably related to the Kanban board. We do not have such feature for the Backlog board unfortunately..
