Is there a way to add milestones to my Sprints?

My team works on multiple projects at once, and the workload becomes less predictable when we are approaching certain project milestones. I'm looking for a way to somehow show the dates of these milestones in each Sprint (not as a Gantt chart roadmap style, but as single dates). Currently we are just creating fake tasks for each milestone amd adding them to our Sprints, but is there a more elegant way to do this?

Why don't you create a new Date field to add to your issues within a sprint?
