Is there a delay in configuration settings taking effect i

We have Jira Cloud and Tempo Timesheets.  When an AP manager needs to see timesheets they go to Tempo to review.  Sometimes clients that a staff member booked time against are not displayed on the timesheet for the AP Manager.

I normally go into Jira Project centers and Add Administrators to the following permissions in the project scheme:

  1. View All Worklogs
  2. View Issue Hours.

I have tested that this will allow the AP Administrator to now see the time.  To test I removed the Administrators from the two permissions above and I have the AP Manager go back in and they can still see the Timesheet.

I am waiting to go back in and review to see if there is some sort of delay in the cloud,  Has anyone run into this?

Thanks,

Gene

I seem to be experiencing similar issues. I made permission changes similar to you in the project permission scheme and added jira-administrators to View All Worklogs, because a project wasn't showing up when I did report on user. The user was missing hours on his tempo timesheet when I view it. He and his manager were seeing the right hours. I wasn't even though I have ORG admin and Tempo Admin permissions. The project uses a different permission scheme.
