As the question suggests, Is there JQL to return issues that have an advanced form attached?
We are leveraging Advanced forms to assist with better intake of change and project requests and hence want to ensure all new issues submitted are completing the form either on submission or after the fact if submitted outside the direct form link. But there is no way mention of a JQL function or way to search for if a form (or a specific form since you could have multiple) are attached to the issue per https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/use-advanced-search-with-jira-query-language-jql/ ?
Hoping there is a way and I am overlooking the documentation on how to do it, or maybe there is a feature request out there I can vote up!
I've considered a workaround of labeling issues appropriately via JIRA automation since there you can check if a form is attached.
Any help appreciated!
Hello @Julio Verano
Are you talking about the types of forms (formerly ProForma forms) that are used with Jira Service Management?
If so, did you see this:
The forms we use are the ones that can be configured under Project Settings > Issues > Advanced Forms for Jira software projects (the url is https://<subdomain>.atlassian.net/jira/software/c/projects/<project_key>/settings/forms) - so not sure if previously ProForma Forms?
I did just try the issue function you linked however, and it worked! Thanks!
