We found out this morning that the auto-complete feature when filling a field (in create issue screen for example) is now case sensitive. This means unless you upper case the first letter for most of (our) fields, it will not find what you are looking for, but suggest other options with the letters in lowercase in it.

Looks like something new. I haven't notice this before.
I would raise a ticket regardless if its a bug or new feature. As long it affects and impacts you and your teams way of work, then it should be something to raise.
