My team is having trouble viewing the project pages tab (powered by Confluence) within JIRA. The project lead was able to create a project page and access it, but no one else on the team seems to be able to.
A look inside Settings --> Access shows that everyone has Administrator privileges on the free plan.
How can I resolve this issue
Pleas go to the specific Confluence page and look at the page restrictions. Permissions for Confluence pages are independent of Jira permissions
Hi Jack,
Thanks for responding! I am not sure if the problem is in Confluence. The entire module in the Project Pages does not load. Please check this screenshot of my Project Page for reference:

i'm not sure where these screenshots are coming from TBH. can you provide a full screen image and/or describe your click-thru here. Where are you accessing the project pages?

I am inside a JIRA project. Once I click into Project --> Project Pages this error occurs.

ok got it. Ha, i never even use that. LOL...
However, I suspect that this is still related to restrictions inside of Confluence or at least I suggest you check there. I assume you, or someone has connected a space to the project correct? If so go into that space and check the permissions. If you cannot access the space then you need to find the owner and have them inspect.
