Is it possible to show customized issue links when selecting Export, Full Content

Hi,
We have created a custom field called Notes IDs and also added a script via ScriptRunner that creates a goto-link to another system where we have test cases and so on.
Is it possible to get these links visible when selecting Export, Full Content? I can only see issue links to other Jira issues not the links to the other system.
It could look like this:
I have added the Notes IDs field as a column:
But when selecting Export, Full Content, the field isn't visible:
