Is it possible to send an email to all of one project/project role/group?

Hi,

Is it possible to send proactive an email to all person of my project or all of one project role or all of one group?

I would like to inform all users of my project about some changes I made in e.g the workflow, some screens, fields, etc.

I don t want to inform about one specific Issue which I can configure in the Notification Scheme.

Yes, this is possible. Click Administration right, then click Administration left, then "Send E-mail". enter your Administrator password and you can send mails to project roles and groups. (you must have configured an smtp server first)
