Is it possible to reorder custom fields on a screen?

I've added new fields to our bug screen but want to order them into a logical order

When adding a new field, it just adds it to the end of each screen you select, but that's a convenience rather than the full way to maintain the screens. You can re-order them (or add and remove other fields) by going directly to the screen itself. Admin -> screens -> your bug screen.
