Is it possible in Jira to write something like "@greetings" and than you get the text "Yours sincerely [your name]", when you are writing with someone below a ticket?

I don't know of anything like that other than canned response pro templates that allows you to add canned responses but not using an easy shorthand.  https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211016/canned-responses-pro-templates-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview
