Is it possible to have favorite issues?

Is there a way to flag individual issues as 'favorites'?

i.e. a filter that shows all issues that I've tagged. For example, show me all issues where I've set myself as a 'watcher'.

There is a watcher gadget that you can add to your dashboard, it will show all the issues that the current user is watching.

You can use the following JQL-string / filter:

watcher = currentUser()

'currentUser()' can be replaced by any user in the current project.
