Is it possible to filter issue link type based on issue type or project?

 we need to filter issue link types based on issue type so that we can restrict all issue link type to be shown in any issue type or project.

Thanks for the response,

Is it possible to filter issue type in second drop down based on any issue link types value for ex., can we restrict Bug issue type only to be shown when the user selects 'caused by'.
