Is it possible to edit default timezone for JIRA

Hi

Is it possible to update the JIRA default timezone to a different timezone.

At the moment it defaults to GMT say, and i want to make it GMT+08.

Is it possible?

Hi Rahul,

  •  This is pretty straight forward.
  • Please browse System under cog wheel and click on General Configuration and then on Edit Settings.
  • Please find the attached screenshots for Instructions.

  • The above screenshot shows where the General Configuration Tab is and how to Edit current settings

  • Please select the required User Time Zone and Save the settings changed and this should work.

Please do vote if this helps.
