We wan't to disable customer portal completely to the customer on JSD cloud. All communication between reporter and agent should happen through mail(We have another plugin for this). We don't wan't to allow customer to check tickets on portal as well as don't want to provide them a portal.
We need some JSD features so we want to go with JSD project instead of Jira software project for this.
please suggest any plugin on cloud to disable portal.

Currently, it's not possible to disable the customer portal. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
