Is it possible to create few set of tasks automatically when new project is created?

  We use script runner to do this by copying a project.  the project has a core setup and issue list that is also copied on project create.  I believe that there are other plugins that will allow you to create issues in bulk after the project is created.  I think Simple Tasklist does this.
