we have rare scenario that, when someone send an email that will be creating a new ticket in jira and anyone send reply to the original email they are changing the subject line and reply to the original email, this will added as a new ticket instead of adding as a comment to the original ticket.

Is it possible to add email replies with subject line change as comments in jira instead of creating new ticket. Please suggest any solution for this.
