Is it possible to create a sub task of a sub task? Is there any plugin that can do that?

No, you can't, natively.

The structure plugin solves this rather well though. It's not precisely sub-task-of-a-subtask but it does the job (and in some ways, is better than the basic idea of nested sub-tasks anyway) - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/34717
