Irrelevant Error coming when trying to update approved test case
Internet is well connected and still the same error is coming every time.

I think this might be related to the workflow and the status the issue is in.
It looks like properties have been set on the workflow status, the test is currently in. Certain roles, groups and or users could be excluded from editing.
But the error message shown is not correct. We need more specific error message for this restriction.

You can move the test case to 'In Progress' or any other status you have in your workflow. You will be able to update the test case.
