Hi - I was directed here by another post. It said to post here if we were experiencing issues inviting users to our newly set up Organisation on cloud.
I alluded to the invite emails being potentially blocked by the mail provider.
Could you please unblock any invite emails to @theprogrampractice.com.au
No error. It says the email is sent. But we are not receiving it. Another post said Atlassian stops sending emails if the invite email is returned by the email provider of the invitee.

What error you are getting when you are trying to invite the user? can you please share screenshot of it.
