Integration with Outlook?

Is there a plugin to Office, or some other set of tools that would allow us to take a Calendar entry, and use it to log time to Jira (Tempo) for time tracking?

There's no free plugins unfortunately - the official Outlook app is only available for cloud. Tempo itself has an Outlook plugin that would do what you're looking for, but it's also only for cloud I'm afraid. https://www.tempo.io/blog/track-time-faster-in-jira-with-the-microsoft-365-calendar-integration

Just to clarify - do you mean a. log time from within an email or b. once a meeting scheduled from 10-11am is complete, log 1 hour against an issue?
